Save the date for Michelle Trujillo’s inspiring workshop on igniting hope in the midst of adversity. She’ll offer the second part of her workshop at no cost through Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties’ June 10, 2021 meetings via Zoom (9am-11am). She offered the first half of the workshop in May. Attendees will gain helpful insights from part two of the presentation, even if they were not able to attend part one in May.
During challenging and uncertain times, communities look to educators, community service providers, and others to continue to sustain their roles as “ignitors of hope.” Michelle Trujillo’s presentation will offer insights about how to do that, even when adversity can may make one feel professionally overwhelmed and emotionally and physically exhausted. Attendees will learn strategies to take care of themselves and others through the lens of Adult Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills.
Michelle Trujillo is an author, inspirational speaker, and educational consultant. She makes a tangible, sustainable, and positive difference through her books, speaking, and trainings.
