The free diabetes self-management courses are one strategy in our region’s Health and Wellness Hub, a network that includes health promotion, prevention and cost-effective service delivery. Many groups and individuals, working together strategically, are expanding access to dental, medical, vision and behavioral health care and wellness education in rural Lyon and Storey Counties.
