Dayton, Nevada – Through March 31, 2020, enjoy free yoga classes for all ages at Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties’ Dayton Food Pantry. The focus is on beginner yoga, through a pain management lens. There are limited spots for the classes. Please RSVP to HCC at 246-7550 to hold your spot. Healthy Communities will have blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and blocks available to support yoga postures.
