Dayton, Nevada – A holiday food drive for Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties’ Dayton Food Pantry takes place Saturday, November 17th, 2018 from 10am-4pm at Smith’s Grocery in Dayton at 2200 Highway 50 East.

This year, the Pantry has a goal of collecting 300 turkeys and hams.

The Pantry reports that there is also a great need for donations of non-perishable items such as gravy mix, peanut butter, tuna, mac and cheese, dressing/stuffing, beans, and canned fruits, vegetables, chili, and soups.
