Dayton Food Pantry Holiday 2016 Hours

Healthy Communities’ Dayton Food Pantry, located at Enterprise Way and HWY 50 in Dayton, will remain open during its normal hours of Mon-Thurs from 10am- 4pm during December and January. The distribution of USDA Commodities will continue as normal on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Sutro Elementary from noon to 3pm. Manager Alie Trier notes that volunteers of all ages are warmly welcomed.

Silver Stage Pantry Holiday Schedule

Healthy Communities’ Silver Stage Food Pantry is located at 3595 Ramsey Weeks Cutoff in Silver Springs. Normally, the Pantry is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm. However, the Pantry will close at noon on Friday December 16th, and at noon on Monday, December 19th. The Pantry will also be closed on Tuesday, December 27th from noon to 2:30pm for a delivery.

Closed Around New Year’s Holiday: The Pantry will not be open at all December 31st, 2016 through January 2nd, 2017.

Pantry Collects Gifts for Elders and Children Until December 19: The Pantry is welcoming donations of holiday gifts for children, and for elders who are homebound, and will distribute the gifts to those children and elders in need. This year, the number of children and elders has doubled. Gifts for children from infants to 18 years and for elders age 70 and up will be gratefully received through December 19th at the Pantry.
