Spoke in the Healthy Food Hub: The cooking classes, one of many “spokes” in a regional healthy food hub, normally take place on the third Monday of each month.

Healthy Communities promotes a number of initiatives and programs such as Community Harvest Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, school and community gardens, Jackrabbit Junction Buyers’ Club, farmers markets, and gardening education through a “Healthy Food Hub”, an effort to increase access to and demand for affordable, locally and sustainably grown food.
