Dayton, Nevada – Everyone is welcome at Healthy Communities Coalition’s monthly FREE cooking classes with dietitian Kim Mason, and farmer and HCC “farm to school” liaison Rebekah.
The next class is Monday, June 22nd, at The Dayton Community Center at 170 Pike Street. We’ll learn how to prepare a delicious Caprese Salad and a fresh fruit salad with ingredients from the HCC’s local farmers market. Cooking begins at 5:30 and we’ll sit down to dinner together at 6:15.
