Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey sponsors FREE cooking demos for the community once a month, with recipes based on the varying schedule for USDA commodity foods ingredients.
Instructors are Rebekah Stetson, farmer and Community Health Advocate with Healthy Communities , and dietitian Kim Mason.
